The tanning salon itself is nice. Nice friendly staff. Clean beds. However, I signed up for a 6-month plan and was told my rate would be $20. A few months in, my rate increased to $22 without notice. When I went in to cancel the membership this afternoon, I was told I had to call an 800 number. When I called the number, the phone rang for 3 minutes before anyone picked up.
