Fortunately I was sent to Alwin because I had a high PSA. Alwin is extremely professional and thorough by making the best decisions for your problems. He organises everything that needs to be done to help you with your problems. I personally still have to do more treatments but totally understand everything that he suggests is the best option for me. Also has a great personality. Thank you Alwin I appreciate your help and advice
I contracted urosepsis the next day after Alwin Tan conducted a cystoscopy at his rooms. I was recommended to him by the GP as I contracted a UTI, which was resolved with antibiotics. Alwin determined that everything was clear, when he conducted his procedure. However when I was admitted to hospital in emergency, he later tried to imply that I had contracted it due to me not drinking enough of water........ Proceed with caution!

Unfortunately i had no success with Alwin making a diagnosis or a solution for my condition. Around 5 appointments with him, 3 of those were 5 minutes i timed them. I felt like i had to ask permission to ask him a question, his consulting style is a concern. I changed to another Urologist in Melbourne, a diagnosis was made after tests on my second visit. I can say his receptionists & nurse are wonderful 5 stars to them !
If I could put zero stars I would. This Dr is unprofessional, dangerous and puts patients lives at risk. My husband was a patient so we’ve experienced his errors first hand.
