This is the best restaurant in Eugene. And it’s a food cart! Everything is freshly prepared and delicious. The menu include Phò, bahn mi, green papaya salad, the best bbq pork... everything is superb.
Pho, nuoc mam wings, and broken rice plate are all outstanding. Glad I live near enough to make this a regular stop.
