Don't allow yardsales even when you have a buisness license and a ein number and always on time with rent never been late.
New Tenant of the company and my move in experience has been horrible, i waited weeks for the home to be cleaned and repaired just to move in and find a termite infestation, broken glass windows/fixtures, and a dozen other repairs including a smell of a dead rodent in the attic. Communication is terrible they don’t return calls or reply to emails, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!!
I am a new renter and my experience has been terrible they just cancel my maintenance requests without addressing structure and safety issues. I will be reporting them. I do not recommend renting from this company.
I requested to view a property for rent several times. I finally got an answer, made the appointment, got to the property early and stayed past the time to make sure I didn't miss anyone, never got contacted with a code to get in to view. Then an hour later got a THANK YOU for touring. Talk about adding insult to injury! Did I mention I had to take a Lyft to make my appointment? Bad bad business
