Personal como ella es el que debe permanecer siempre en cualquier compañía, persona con un carisma agradable y un buen corazón. New Tenant of the company and my move in experience has been horrible, i waited weeks for the home to be cleaned and repaired just to move in and find a termite infestation, broken glass windows/fixtures, and a dozen other repairs including a smell of a dead rodent in the attic. Communication is terrible they don’t return calls or reply to emails, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!!
I am a new renter and my experience has been terrible they just cancel my maintenance requests without addressing structure and safety issues. I will be reporting them. I do not recommend renting from this company.
