These guys really knead the dough! Sourdough? More like Sour-WOW! I asked the baker what their secret was. They just winked and said, "We let the dough develop a personality." I believe it. This bread has opinions. It whispered to me mid-bite, “You don’t need that gluten-free phase, Karen. Come home.”
My family wasn’t a big fan of sourdough until we tried this one at a party. We love it especially our 12 year old son. Definitely we’re gonna order again!
