We have had GE Monogram Appliance Repair Company out twice recently for our dishwasher and refrigerator both times they diagnosed the problem quickly. Jerry arrived promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. Prices are fair and reasonable and service was outstanding.

I called GE Monogram Appliance Repair Company. I got a friendly person on the phone that squeezed me in same day. I was so thankful because both of my refrigerators were broken. They gave me a window for when they would be here, when he arrived he was very nice and looked at both my fridges. One I had fixed on my own just by cleaning out the bottom, coils. Steve came out and replaced a blown thermal fuse in the freezer portion of my GE Monogram refrigerator. It was an simple diagnosis and it could have been a half hour repair job but it took 2 hours...that put him way behind schedule for the day. The most labor intensive part was thawing the ice off of the evaporator to get to the fuse...it was thick! He was diligent and kept at it with a steamer. I just had the best facial with Chloe at Soothe. I felt so relaxed and my skin is glowing after, I seriously feel like I look younger. The whole experience was so relaxing, and pleasant. I even booked my next appointment so I can ensure I go back as soon as possible. Highly recommend and very much worth ever penny!
