Thank you Sheila for helping us close on our dream home! Sheila was patient with us as we were looking for our first home as a newly married couple. When we finally found "the one", of course we were in a multiple offer situation. Sheila was a great negotiator and her negotiation skills helped our offer be the one that was chosen. I cannot say enough good things about Sheila. Not only did she help us by our home in Riverview, she was also able to help us sell it. She showed up with listings and conducted separate school ratings research as this was #1 criteria on my list. I’ve worked with many realtors in the past, and not many have the motivation Sheila does. She got me and my family into our first home after shopping for 2.5 years. Highly recommend.
