Great experience leasing office space here! The landlord is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The space is well-maintained and any questions or concerns are handled quickly. It’s also been a pleasure working with Vonny and Jason. Highly recommend!
Our companies' offices were located in the Tampa Palms Professional Center (TPPC) for approximately 3.5 years, and the staff at TPPC was always helpful and friendly. The business area was always secure, and we had no issues. Great place to operate a business or two!

Apartments in 2nd and 3rd floor should have carpet, the noise is high and TPPM do not care to fix the problem. That floor without carpet is nothing but a hortible noise to tenants in 1st floor. Apt 706 in Jade Apartments has teceived many complaints and they continue walking harder and TPPM said: we can't do anything. Next complaint will be done with Tampa Police.
