The maintenance team is genuinely proactive, reaching out ahead of routine filter changes and handling requests before we even need to ask. The common areas are always clean and well kept. Great experience leasing office space here! The landlord is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The space is well-maintained and any questions or concerns are handled quickly. It’s also been a pleasure working with Vonny and Jason. Highly recommend! Amber is also awesome to work with! She is always kind, respectful, and professional, and makes every interaction easy. They are all very helpful whenever I’ve needed anything.

Our companies' offices were located in the Tampa Palms Professional Center (TPPC) for approximately 3.5 years, and the staff at TPPC was always helpful and friendly. The business area was always secure, and we had no issues. Great place to operate a business or two!
We have been office tenants since August and love Tampa Palms Professional Center. The staff is fantastic and I can't say enough about Amber & Vonny in the office; Jason for maintenance, and Eddie for janitorial. This is a great team who focuses on customer service and resident satisfaction!
