If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Bruce Piszel violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which by law requires a doctor or medical practice to accommodate a patient with a disability. The law requires reasonable accommodation. We disclosed that my mother was hard of hearing and she needed me in the room to translate and help her understand the discussion about her care.
