Waiting for over an hour just to be put into a room. Then waiting another 45 minutes to just be seen. Ridiculous.
RecommendedDR. Jose Llinas was a blessing in our lives! Very professional and kind. The staff at Brandon very nice and sweet special Monica!! I just find out Dr. Llinas is not longer with the Exodus group. If anyone have a idea which medical group he is working now, pleaseeee We need to know. Thanks in advance 🙌
Dr. Aksu and all the staff have been amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and listens when I ask questions. I highly recommend.
Set my appointment over the phone , ladies were very nice . The actual office on Busch that's another thing ! Whether calling or in person the receptionist Inda was beyond rude , then the Doctor spent as little time as he could in room , which considering he had just thrown up prior to coming in .... was all good ... on my second appointment to follow up .... It was about 20 degrees below zero in there! The TV in the waiting room was going in & out, no magazines there or in the patient room. The receptionist was NOT happy to be there and the ARNP had the personality of a wet sponge. Will NOT be returning. Gave me the heebie jeebies!
This garbage hole doesn't deserve one star. I've been waiting MONTHS for an appointment with Dr Edwards. I had one for today and was told it would have to be rescheduled. I asked if it was for later today and they said yes. Then when I called hours later to find out an update, I was told I was never informed it would be today and it would be NEXT MONTH when they had his new schedule. Their time management sucks if you have an appointment make sure you take the entire day off.
If they could get a zero or negative star they would receive one from me! This is my SECOND pregnancy with them unfortunately. First, the office staff is DEFINITELY not all nice. They talk shit about each other in front of patients and if something questionable comes up they switch to Spanish. It doesn’t matter who you are or what insurance you have they treat you like a stereotypical “welfare” patent who isn’t worth their time.
