The center was easy to find, had an easy checking process. The wait in the lobby was a bit longer than expected. But once I was in the preop area, everything moved quickly. All the staff was pleasant.
Very good experience overall. Easy to schedule my surgery, very clear pre-op instructions. Admitting staff took very good care of me, and provided all necessary instructions and information. Surgery itself went very well, and post-op instructions were clear. Excellent follow-up on the next two days, both in-home nursing and Physical Therapy.
I was really nervous. They instantly put me at ease. They were patient, explained everything clearly, and super thoughtful. I am grateful and appreciative to have been fortunate enough to be cared for here.
