She took the time to explain how to keep the lice away and showed me hands on just how easy it was to handle my daughters thick hair. I would recommend her to anyone and I will recommend her to EVERYONE. I don't know how I would have done it without her help! She saved the day and my sanity from those awful creatures! RecommendedResponded quickly to my call & got my daughter in that day. Got rid of ALL lice, eggs, nits...EVERYTHING! Plus, gave me instructions on at home prevention remedies to cure the house carpets! Love them!!
RecommendedGennie and company were all very kind to me, and very understanding. I'd never been through a head lice scare before, not even in my childhood. They're Boldly Christian, which I found impressive, because I am too. In my case it was mostly not removal, as Gennie said as she was working on my hair, she only found maybe like 3 or 4 live bugs on my head, but I believe they got most if not all of the nits, because as I've been using the comb each day since I've seen nothing on it other than a few strands of dead hair.
RecommendedJodi from Tampa Lice Removal just left after treating my granddaughter for well over an hour. Very careful and thorough, she explained to my granddaughter everything she was doing to eliminate the lice and nits. She put my granddaughter at ease with her friendly banter. She wrote out instructions for combing out her hair and left a quality professional comb for her to use. I was very impressed with her care and professionalism.
RecommendedJodi was amazing. She came and checked everyone in the family and was very informative on how to stay lice free. I was still extremely itchy 5 days after she came the first time, and came out and double checked to make sure I was good to go. Wonderful costumer service and the prices are very reasonable. If this nightmare ever hits my family again, Tampa Lice Removal is who I will call!!
