Until Thursday I would have and did give Tampa Honda at least a 4 1/2 star rating. I loved my salesman, Isiah and, with the exception of my time with the closer, really have had nothing but great things to say about all my experiences there. Fast forward 2 1/2 years later and now I'm furious. I was totally ripped off by the closer with an 'extended maintenance warranty' that I told him six times I was not interested in. He finally convinced me that he could 'shave the price down so that it was practically free" and I agreed.... read more

Worst customer service Sadakut *** he sold me a car on June 23 2021. I gave a trade in car and down payment but they didn't gave me car the same day I had to wait three days for pick up the car after a month one of the employees call me saying that I have to return the car because the bank didn't want to pay it, he said that I need to give more money or have a co-signer if I want to keep the car... I wish that I could give them ZERO stars but that isn't possible. I do not even know where to start with this review. April 1, 2021 I went to Tampa Honda because they told me they could give me a better deal than Westshore Honda. When I sat down in the finance employee's office Dayan is his name (he is very nasty and horrible to work with and I would suggest if you must buy a car with then asking for another finance individual) this entire transaction was a disaster. I had a horrible experience with Tampa Honda. Three weeks ago I bought a 2019 Honda Accord. At the time the car was picked up I was told that the car had been completely serviced and was ready to go. On Sunday, I drove to Tampa from Orlando driving on I-4 no problem. When I was leaving Tampa I began to smell gas. I thought that the smell would disappear it did not. THEY FAILED TO TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS!!! First time customer, purchased 2 new tires & alignment. While driving same day, had to pull over and discovered 1 LUG NUT MISSING AND 3 OTHERS WERE LOOSE!! Lucky that wheel did not fall off while driving. Dealership staff handled this extremely poorly and they have lost a potential customer for life. Mistakes happen, but they FAILED MISERABLY to address this serious vehicle safety oversight appropriately. Tampa Honda was informed by the customer that the lug nuts were left loose on his vehicle. He said that he had tightened the lug nuts. We asked him to return to our dealership for us to inspect all of his lug nuts. We got his vehicle and confirmed that all lug nuts were tightened (including the ones he claimed to have tightened). We then checked our video surveillance camera system and witnessed the technician put the lug nuts on and tightened them with the appropriate tools on all wheels. We showed the customer. I had a very negative experience when purchasing my vehicle from Tampa Honda. They committed bank fraud in telling the bank my vehicle was certified when my paper work clearly stated it was not and they forged my signature on the documents they sent to the bank, as well as asking me to lie along with them to the bank if they asked me if it was certified. The car was sold to me with out a working headlight and a bad alignment which they made me pay for after almost a week of trying to get it resolved. This has been such a nig... read more

Horrible service. In each department, they conduct business in their own way. No one tries to help. You have to call people above them to get an acknowledgement. They say they will fix something and then you never here from them again. I've spoke with managers in each department , was told it could be corrected and nothing since. I'm calling cooperate again to be able to get the issue corrected. Horrible !

If I could give 0 stars - it's deserved!! Took my car for an oil change, and they wrecked it - airbags deployed, radiator fluid leaked everywhere - and they are like "accidents happen". No help at all! Other than here's a loaner till we fix it, it will never be the same! Customer service was a joke! I buy new cars all the time because I don't want the impact of wrecked/damaged cars and now I am forced to have this depreciated value on my car for the next trade in.
