1 star is the only option. . I started there this year. First appt was cancelled for a month. 2nd one was for two weeks. Went to the office, sat there for 1.5 hours in the waiting room. Then I was out in the room waiting DR. MOINO. That took 38 mins to see Veronica Moino, DO, ONLY after me complaining about the wait time (there were 2 people in front of me). How on earth is it that I am on hold for over 30 minutes just to make an appointment as a new patient? And this is over an hour after trying to call, and selecting the option for a call back - no call back. Approaching 2026 and this office/ medical group thinks it is appropriate to treat patients like cattle on the phone, so I can only imagine the interactions I'll have in the office. How unfortunate that this is one of the only centers local to me for a PCP. Medical ethics are non-existent.
Deven, Front Desk Specialist is excellent at his job. TGMG is very lucky to have him as the face of the practice!
I love Dr. Nick, he listens and makes you feel like he is only concerned about you and your needs. The staff is nice and friendly. My only complaint is I messaged the Dr. 3 days ago about some supplements that I would like to start taking, Magnesium Glycinate, Malate, Citrate and MCT Wellness supplement. I have not received a reply and when I called the office to inquire I was told its better to make an appointment to ask that question. Love Amber here & the staff however not a fan of Devin ( he set me up with a new doctor in the Pinellas Office) since Amber is out on leave. Once I figured this out it's been impossible to get my refills. He should not have the access he apparently has if he doesn't understand the problems he can cause simply because he is not actively listen ( called to see about refills ) NOW ON HOLD 20MINS & COUNTING to try to speak to someone yet again to try to correct this!!
