Disgusting practice. Blew up my phone with 31 text messages to confirm an appointment which had been confirmed 3 times. Many of them were 11pm to 3am. Their response was to turn off my phone and it’s not their fault. My mom was in the icu and I don't have the luxury of shutting down my phone. Then they blamed me for being upset with ZERO apologies. This place is the best. The staff is super friendly and they listen to your concerns as well as your preferred method of treatment (if you like to try natural remedy first and not pills). I felt welcomed and they did their best to make sure you have timely appointments. Thanks TGMG of Apollo Beach! Front desk is top notch and Dr Brilmyer is too!
I am very happy coming to see Dr Brilmier at this location, everyone is friendly and helpful, wait times are minimal.
Wilson has poor bedside manner! Spent a large portion of my appointment hyper-focused on my medical treatment that had absolutely nothing to do with the purpose of the visit!!!!!!!!!!
It's like herding cattle. Very impersonal, providers really dont care. It's as fast as they can get in and out. There was one ARNP that was good, but she left. I've since seen Mr. Cuestos and Dr. Amos but again, it's in and out.
