Nurses in the ER were an A+ on this visit. However, the remainder was a big fail. The security desk at the entrance is filled with rude, arrogant people who were more concerned about fist bumping each other and talking about their weekend exploits. What is worse is that they were openly talking about patients in the waiting room and making fun of them. Absolutely terrible.
