Do not schedule appointment online. I scheduled an appointment online for 7:45am for a new patient appointment, had to wait 3 weeks for an opening and when I get here they’re closed. No one contacted me to reschedule so I wasted my time for nothing and still need to find a doctor for my pending medical issues 😔
I made an appointment 2 months ago to establish. I wasn’t told the NP I scheduled with was no longer there. I had to find out by accident when I called the clinic to reschedule with that appt. I was made another appointment with a different NP. Waited another month to be seen by the new one. Showed up to my appointment this morning only to find out after sitting and waiting to be seen for 45 minutes- she had “gone home for an emergency.” Nobody had communicated that to me. This was my first time at this clinic as a new patient and with a new primary care provider. I was not impressed at all. The front desk was nice, but their job is simple to check you in. The nursing staff or medical assistants that work in the back and bring you into the room are very unprofessional—totally ratchet behavior. While I waited inside of my room, I could hear them outside laughing, yelling, and cussing!! That is very disappointing and distracting for a new patient or anyone.
