Three years ago, I came in needing major dental work and initially experienced some frustration being sent between locations. Everything changed when I started going to the Causeway office and met Dr. Hina Desia. She took the time to thoroughly explain my dental health, educate me on improvement, and truly cared about my progress. Went there so I can get a referral to have dental work done and they forget to do the most basic thing which is to send the referral to my insurance company that way when I schedule for my specialist appointment for dental work to be done no one has the information. So I sit here in pain while I wait to see if they even get the referral number sent to my insurance company. Thanks a lot
