Made an appointment for me and my 3 children. Waited months for it to get there with my 3 children to find out they scheduled me with someone who doesn’t take my insurance. Told me i would get a bill if they saw me today. Then tried to schedule me and my children out for 4 months from now. No apologies didn’t try and fix it just “i dont know what happened would you like to come in August. Completely incompetent.
My Doctor at Tampa Family Health Centers is a great doctor. Her name is Dr. Leah Burkinshaw. She makes sure that all of my health problems are addressed. And everything that she does is with courtesy and professionalism.
