Everyone was so polite, from the receptionist up front, to the dental assistants. Both Dentist i saw were so patient, polite and empathetic, Dr. Mairin Vallardes especially...She was also so gentle with the needle which i was very nervous about, i didn't feel a thing. Thank you !
This place is so tough to work with. You can barely ever get a hold of anybody. You can only talk to operators on the line and when they say they do something and they send over a referrals they don’t. It’s hard to get medication’s refilled and you have to call and wait through a long process to get a hold of the Pharmacy. If you ever go here, do not see Rose Alexis! She is nice, but she is very slow. She refuses to approve medications, And she cannot get a referral correct. The office I had a referral to said they sent back... read more
Very good! I also filled out one of those bright yellowish cards at osborne location on Friday afternoon. I drive out of my way to goto that location because the stsff is GREAT! The pharmacy staff is REALLY GREAT! 100 STARS FOR THEM. I deal with the pharmacy more, but EVERYONE AT THAT LOCATION IS GREAT! DENTAL AS WELL! EVEN THE BUILDING NEXT DOOR ATTATCHED. My visit on September 18th was great! The Ladies at the Reception Desk was very pleasant and Respectful. The wait is a little long but that's at all Medical offices. My Primary Care Provider is a Wonderful Medical Professional. And her Assistant Nurse is very nice and Professional too. This office has changed since the last visit I had here two to three years ago. Thanks very much to the staff in Bldg #1. God Bless you All, Amen 🌹
