Disrespectful and unhelpful patient service. When speaking on the phone with them for an urgent medicine pickup, the employee was frustrated that I asked her to clarify why I am not able to go to this location. She mentioned that we cannot fill your prescription here and would not give me any reason why eventhough all other locations do. She took deep breaths and making me feel like I am a nuisance for even calling in the first place. My primary care physician is Jennifer Alejo; she has been incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable, listens carefully, and never makes me feel rushed. She responds to my messages in MyChart within 24 hours or less. I am so thank for her and her team of nurses, who are also incredibly friendly and professional.
