I don't like the attitude of the Dentist she acts like the patients has no rights. I will be transferring to another site. I hope to never see her or have contact with her again.
The appointment with doctor went very well. The check in not so much. When I called to schedule the appointment the representative over the phone stated she would remove my old insurance from their system. When I arrive, they demanded that I call to have the PCP change for the old insurance or threaten to cancel my appointment.
