Terrible service. I had appointments scheduled for my children since December, yet on the very day—almost at the scheduled time—they called to tell me they don't treat minors under 12. How could they go three months without noticing that one of my children was only nine years old? Communication is very bad. Trying to make an appt after waiting 7.30 min system hung up next call answered at 5 mins and hung up. I left a message for a doctor regarding a surgery clearance and no response. The surgery coordinator call TFHC The surgery coordinator informed my I needed to make a appt with my doctor. no calls from TFHC.
