Everytime I come it’s always a terrible experience you wait 3 hours for a schedule appointment. And the Receptionist are rude !!

Very unprofessional, moving to Tampa from out of state looking for a health provider for my child and found this place, SOME of the front staff lacks knowledge only worried about payment which I get, fine, attitude and looking at me like I was a foreigner I felt very uncomfortable. Also doesn't even ask for a release of records to be signed how do you see a new pt with out knowing history. Dr is great very understanding and know his stuff. But some front staff needs to be retrained.
My best friend as been there for hours just to get a simple referral... time management skills at this facility really needs some improvement.
