We had a signed contract with 15% deposit. They were supposed to get started once permits were pulled. When the permits were finally awarded, they backed-out of the contract wanting to re-bid at current prices. They didn't want to refund the full deposit but eventually did. Awful company.
Very pleased with the entire team at Tampa Dock & Seawall. Our project flowed smoothly and they kept us informed at every step. End result is a beautiful and practical dock. We expect to enjoy our new dock for many years to come. Great service and a great high-quality product. We highly recommend Tampa Dock & Seawall!
I was extremely pleased with the customer service, pricing and attention to details provided by Tampa Dock & Seawall. From my initial dealings with Chuck on providing the quote and process, to Avery at the office, to Greg the job foreman and most important to the crew, Mike and Bryan. We had a dock built for our house in 2020 and these guys did a great job! The workers were polite, professional and finished everything on time. We are very happy with the finished product and recommend using them. *********

Abandoned the job! Do not use these people. I called every day for more than 100days, no response. Had to hire someone else to finish job.

Tampa Dock and Seawall did an outstanding job installing a 10,000 boat lift and finger pier extension. I would highly recommend them.

These people do what they say they're going to do and in a courteous, professional way. They did a first rate job and I would definitely use them again.
