Awesome company and great customer service. We had booked smooth c’s for a bachelorette celebration but when our cruise had to be unexpectedly cancelled, Laura was extremely apologetic (even though it was out of her control) and gave all our money back plus some to ‘have a round of drinks on her’. That was above and beyond! Disappointed we didn’t get to do our cruise but wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we go back to the area!
