Dr. Gifford is AMAZING and the nicest doctor ever, never makes you feel dumb or bad. Her staff is PERFECT, they are so sweet and kind and understanding to my annoying teacher schedule. I don’t dread calling them, they always answer and her nurse always gets back to me in a timely manner. If I could make Dr. Gifford my everything doctor I would. She’s awesome.
Dr. Giffard's office billed my insurance as a new patient 60+ min service when she talked to me for 10 minutes MAXIMUM. Absolutely bogus and insurance fraud. During my 10 mins with her she told me she couldn't help me. She wrote on an RX pad her referral for me to see someone else. Of course that other doctor didn't allow a cute hand written note as a referral and denied me, it has been 3 months and I've still not been helped with my issue. Find a company that cares about your issues. This one isn't it.
My husband had a 9AM appt today with Dr. Howard at the Sun City office. He arrived early to fill out paperwork and they didn't even open the doors until after 9AM. He sat there for 45 minutes before being told that the Dr. is not even there yet. How completely unprofessional. He left and will be finding another office to go to. Don't waste your time here. They do not value patients time.
I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. She's personable, pleasant, knowledgeable....and a great surgeon. Her staff was on top of everything from the first visit up until my surgery. Special kudos to Dacia(sp). She took the time and answered my every call. Sometimes multiple times a day. She's a gem. I'll choose Dr Giffard every time. Thank you for your outstanding care
