Without warning and after 10 years of being a patient, they decided to quit accepting my insurance and left me without a primary care doctor in the middle of a pandemic. The only way I found is when a prescription I tried to refill was denied and I called to find out why. Now I'm on a 3-month waiting list to get set up with a new primary care doctor.
