Called to make an initial appointment, young girl who answered the phone was so disinterested and unapologetically bothered to do her job. "Hi I'd like to make an initial appointment." ummm okay are you a current patient with us? Clearly doesn't understand "initial". From there it just got worse.. I just hung up, if this is the first contact for patients, I wont trust them with my chiropractic care. Why is is so difficult to find decent people in healthcare? So many do not belong in the profession.
I have been going to TBSS for several months now. First for physical therapy with Gabby who was great! Then I started getting ART on my shoulder from Dr Coulter...what a difference! I have almost full range of motion now! I highly recommend TBSS and Dr Coulter...you will be happy with them and the results you get!

Stay away Thomas Coulter has a huge ego . Can't stop talking about him self and how he wheres size 15 shoes lol very odd guy talks more about how great he is then .. listening to the patient and the pain doctor Christopher schrock is like a male Karen vary judgy has no idea how to deal with someone that has anxiety or pain . .. stay clear from these guys if your in pain they will waste your time and money your welcome .. they will not give you time to talk and explain your self .. you will be rushed. .. .. then as I sat in t... read more
Dr Coulter is great. He is the first Dr that I have gone to that has been able to help reduce my neck and back pain. Finally am starting to feel human and normal again in the first time in over 20 years without back and neck pain. Best Chiropractor I have ever been to and strongly recommend him especially if your current provide is unable to provide you consistent relief.
