Incredible pricing and customer service including delivery and set up. We could not be happier with our new Hot Springs spa and would give them 10 stars if we could!
Our experience buying a hot springs hot tub a few months ago was excellent! We use it almost daily, and have seen little change in our electric bill. The hot tub seems to be very efficient. We researched other hot tubs, and this hot tub had more features we liked and had one of the highest efficiency ratings. The sales and installation team were both excellent and answered all of our questions and met our needs. We would highly recommend this hot tub and company!
So helpful! We came into Tampa Bay Spas to inquire about a spa cover replacement and JR hooked us right up with a replacement & then helped us with a chemical regimen for my spa model. We will definitely be back!
We absolutely love our hot tub from JR, his Dad, and their team. We also love that this is a family business and that we will be able to get it serviced directly from their local team (after having nightmares with subcontractors from other work on our home, this is big for us).
