We absolutely love our hot tub from JR, his Dad, and their team. We also love that this is a family business and that we will be able to get it serviced directly from their local team (after having nightmares with subcontractors from other work on our home, this is big for us). This Spa store carries Hot Springs Spa products which are top of the line! I go in to see JR every few months to shake his hand and get a few products for my hot tub that I have had for over 7 years now…. Me and my Fiancé use it a few times a week. Absolutely zero issues; stays clean longer than most systems and gets warm quick with a nice insulated cover that just swings back with one hand. I honestly do highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a nice spa for years to come!
This is a family owned business and that means everything!!! It isn't one of these places that sells as many hot tubs as they can and forgets you as soon as you walkout the door! They take excellent care of you from the beginning and never stop taking good care of you! My wife walks in and JR recognized her immediately and helped her get the salt and filter she needed immediately!
