This company has put me in circle for months! I’ve paid the money due and they refuse to give me what was promised. The solar was transferred to me from the previous owner. We were promised app control, automatic Wi-Fi updates, etc. they now have a problem with their system that’s putting the system in the homeowner’s from 2 buyers ago… they won’t look into it. They won’t give me a refund since they “can’t” deliver on their promise. I’ve been patient and calling for weeks.
I had a solar system, 11 kW with 32 panels installed. The crew was very professional and hard-working. They did a wonderful job; I would highly recommend this company. I felt the pricing was right on and the quality of the components was very high. The inverter came with a 15 year guarantee and the panels with a 25 year guarantee. I couldn't be happier.
I 3ould give less than one star is possible. Caller, allegedly a supervisor hung up when asked questions regarding company specifics in terms of location and exactly who they are.
Tampa Bay Solar did a 10K system on my house in Wesley Chapel 3 years ago, then a smaller 14 panel system on my parent's place in Land O Lakes soon after. The owner is a Navy seal and most of their guys on the roof served in the military, so I thought that was cool. My system works, no problem when hurricane Irma blew through, and I paid off the loan a year ago.
