Very unprofessional. They do not check units prior to renting for working appliances, electrical issues or working plumbing; tries to charge advance rent before it's due, does not clean rental units prior to renting, refuses to fix things that are necessary for livable conditions...it appears this company is all about making money and not doing what's right or following the law !!! do not rent any unit that they manage it will be a nightmare I promise!
