From beginning to end of my yard transformation, the friendly and very attentive staff at Tampa Bay Ponds were a key part of the success. With my landscaper Deon Strawder guiding the process, spotlighting options, and connecting all to fit my desires... The TB Ponds team were right there with us, providing detailed product information, sample visual layouts with varyring product suggestions, and further aid where needed. I am very pleased.
Best store of its kind that I have ever visited. Knowledgeable and helpful staff as well as beautiful And healthy fish and plants.

Everyone is so nice here. This week i bought a large filtration system and a fountain and they allways take the time to assemble everuthing for me Of course i can never leave without a koi in a bag, they have such beautiful choices. Love looking at all the beautiful things here, Many blessings to this wonderful family that owns this store.

Approximately 2 months ago on a Saturday afternoon 4th of July weekend! I contacted Tampa Bay Ponds and Rocks in a panic, we had a Pipe bust and lost almost all the water in our Koi Pond. George found a repair technician for us to come out fix it in time to save all but 2 Koi fish. Since then we've had other issues and I've had to become a Koi and Pond specialist overnight.
