Just had a some extractions with this fine group of professionals…. Not being a spring pup I was concerned with next steps post surgery…. All phases of my visit were found to be a best in class experience …. I had Doctor Waite call me at night to see if there was anything I needed and Brittany reached out to follow up this AM which gave me great comfort…. Also had some insurance billing questions that were resolved immediately… Thanks to the entire team…… Byron.
Very disappointed that I sat there for almost two hours before they told me they DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE…. but had already asked me for my information. Then had the audacity to charge me $250 for an X-ray that is useless as the next doctor wants to do their own X-ray! I should have pushed back, but was so frustrated I just wanted to get out of there! $$$$$$
Being new to the area and not knowing who to reach out to, I’m so glad I found Tampa Bay Periodontics. From the moment I walked in, the front reception staff made me feel welcome and at ease.
