My husband and I had a leaky faucet with a slow drip for probably quite a while that we were not aware of in our guest bathroom. Rob with Tampa Bay Mold & Flood came highly recommended by a friend of mine once I told him about some water damage/mold I had discovered during a kitchen remodel. Rob and his crew were out within a day. They were all very knowledgeable and extremely professional while eliminating my mold problem. Any issues you may have with mold or water damage I would highly consider using Tampa Bay Mold & Flood!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Rob came out to my apartment located in Clearwater because I had a water tank that leaked for over 24 hours. Water was coming up from the floors. It pretty much took up about half of my apartment. He came out as advised by the leasing office office, both the manager of the leasing office and him entered my apartment and he did a quick assessment.
