DO NOT allows your Doctor to use TAMPA BAY ENDOSCOPY CTR facility ! poor staff training and their billing dept is made up of incompetent people who got hired only because the facility can not find skilled people. As for facility staff, I got poked 4 times just to get some blood sample. Poor quality people.
First off, they never answer their phone. Takes you forever to get ahold of anyone. When you get there for your appointment, the front desk is very uncaring and rude. They also told me for my endoscopy WITH my insurance, it would cost me about $500 total for everything. They ended up billing my insurance for 3 separate things and never told me I would be getting 3 separate bills. They billed me for the physician that did it, the room and tools (facility) and the anesthesia (which was billed under a CRNA & not an actual anest... read more

HORRIBLE!!Was there at 7am n walked out @ 1030 after being told 3 ppl b4 me! I suffer from anxiety n am diabetic there was no reason for the delay. Unprofessional!! Got my copay n will call insurance next.
I highly recommended this facility and all the doctors and anesthesiologists and nurses affiliated with it. They take such great care of every patient, and they are very thorough!!! I no longer have that fear. It’s the prep that stinks( literally) that was difficult BUTT 😂 the procedure was over and done as soon as I fell asleep.
they let my daughter sit and worry for 2 hours ..took me asking once I saw someone to find out at the 3 hour mark they still had not taken my husband back... worst experience EVER....
