Fantastic from start to finish
Helpful, friendly, competent
In 2015, Dr. Yu did some really good work in my mouth that has held up well to this day. This year, I had problems with #31 and went back to Dr. Yu for an extraction and bone graft in preparation for an implant. The extraction took place on Feb 12th, and everything was going really good until Feb 16th. That morning I woke up with the right side of my jaw area very swollen and very painful. As soon as I was welcomed by a smiling, friendly Ms.Snow Le, I felt comfortable. Everyone who greeted me was warm and respectful of my questions as a new patient. Ms. Annecia and Dr. Yu are an exceptional team, professionally skilled and compassionately competent. The full examination was completely thorough. Called to make an appt for my daughter who is in pain. Was referred by our dentist that we love. From the moment the call was answered the person was very rude and condescending. I will be letting my dentist know about this experience. I would never speak to a person whose child is in distress in the manner I was spoken to today. Snickering is also not ok FYI.
