After several unsatisfactory and overpriced appointments at other dentists, we finally found All Smiles Dentistry. The cheerful, considerate staff from the receptionist to the hygienists, to Drs. Gramauto all have gone to great lengths to provide excellent service for myself, my husband and our son. Dr. Melissa Gimaudo and Amy prepared and installed two temporary crowns, and took molds for the permanent crowns. As a new patient, they listened patiently to extensive history and asked pertinent questions. With TLC they proceeded and explained every step of the way, checking frequently to ensure my comfort, while they expertly formed and carefully built a stable foundation. What an awesome experience if you must have dental work!
doctor melissa is the best dentist I have ever had and I have been to many, takes time to talk problems over with you and ask about any concerns you may have, just great all around. office staff along with all who work there are so very nice, two special ones nicole and martha the hygienst are wonderful ladies. just the best dental office I have ever been to seeing it's not one of my favorite places they make you feel good.
Everything I expected and more.
This is the best dentist family you can ever find-not only is the staff a family unit even those without genetic ties but they make you a part of their family as well. You do not leave until every issue, question, treatment plan is totally accepted and understood and agreed upon. As a child I feared the dentist and the fear carried over into adulthood until I started to go to All Smiles-still have some remembrance of fears, however they work with me every step of the way.
Staff treated me like a old friend. Very thorough but gentle. Explained everything very well from the treatment of my teeth to how my insurance would work. Most important to me, no pressure to do extra stuff....kindly have me information and options and allowed me to make a decision without feeling guilty. Well run practice. Keep doing what you're doing!
Totally up to-date office and comfortable atmosphere is your first impression. This impression rapidly was added too, by a friendly, caring and conservative dental experience. To be honest, his was my first visit to a dentist in a few years and I dreaded it. I have multiple crowns that the covering is chipped but the basic crown is still doing it's job of protecting the tooth underneath.
