I, actually, was looking forward to my first cleaning with Martha. Dr. Mark Mitchell, my oral surgeon, referred me to Drs. Grimaudo when I asked if he could recommend a dental practice. Dr. Melissa provided me with dental care for two crowns and an implant abutment with crown as a part of the referral. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave I know that my teeth and gums are in great hands. Also, Carla and Nicole at the front desk are professional at all times yet, they take the time to make sure I'm well and that my family is doing great. If I'm nervous about a filling it a crown they truly care it's not lip service. Dr Joe and Dr Melissa are top notch in the dental world. I'm 100% confident when I'm in their care. Great experience. All staff were friendly, professional and thorough.
I had a crown fall out and called the office. Nicole checked with the doctors for availability. I was told to come in immediately. I arrived and was in an examination chair within 5 minutes and out of the office within the hour. The care and professionalism demonstrated by all is what makes this office and practice worthy of 5 stars.
Everyone was spectacular as usual.
Went in today to have a build up on a tooth that part of an earlier filling had broken off of(not done at this office) Glad to say all's well that ends well.......
As always the service was exceptional! Everyone is welcoming and friendly.
