Absolutely the best! From the moment you call to when you walk in the staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to get you the right information. I saw Marina Ostapenko for an issue I was having. Right when you meet her she is so nice, puts you at ease and makes you feel very comfortable. I went in as a new patient and had to have a small procedure done and she was able to do it on my same visit. That was extremely helpful so I didn't have to make another trip. Dr Julia Cogburn is so caring and takes her time explaining everything to you!! She's awesome and saved my life!!
Editing Review after someone from the practice reached out to remedy the situation. She had recommended going to the Advent Health Medical Group website and clicking "REQUEST APPOINTMENT" on Dr Cox's page instead; after being notified that nobody had reached out from the voicemail left a week back. I'll update this once again after my appointment to share my experience.
