In response to the TBBS rebuttal or my complaint....I am sorry you are a business that won't prosper. Your business will suffer in one way or another. You are saying things that are untrue and it is sad how you go online and create all of those fake reviews to make your business seem legit and up to par. Many don't take the time to leave a review but once again you lied by saying I tried to get a full refund from Care Credit. Dr. Miles as a person seemed very genuine but the office staff were very deceitful from the start. I was advised to pay for all of the procedures up front. I was supposedly being given a deal for what I wanted. I had second thoughts about one procedure and they gave a small amount as a credit back and were going to give me massages for 900.00 of the credit which was crazy. The procedures you were quoted for were clearly itemized for you from the beginning. You changed your mind several times on dates and procedure type. When you ultimately decided on the less expensive procedure we happily credited you $2,000 for the difference in the procedure cost. You then asked for us to adjust your interest rate because you were concerned with the high interest rate you had through Care Credit. We were amenable to that also and credited you once again. I had surgery (BBL) with dr miles in March 2019 and i am VERY DISAPPOINTED in my results..... my buttt nor stomach has no physical changes. I look exactly the same as i did before surgery. I was told by Janae the founder of TBBS that they can see "a little changes" When you pay thousands of dollars for in appearance change your not supposed to see "little changes" your supposed to see MAJOR CHANGES "little changes" are what you see when you go to a gym.
