I received personal care from this Agency for a period of 6 months due to my injuries and there's nothing I can't complaint of. When I made my initial call the owner was very nice and helpful. He asked me to call the office, and when I called the staff was very pleasant and ready to help. Yasmin, the caregiver, she was very professional always on time, she used to always encourage. I recommend this Agency to anyone who are looking for reliable and tender care, for yourself or a loved one.
The services we receive is Personal care and companion services and we are very satisfied with the services. The staff is very caring and compassionate toward my son. They are flexible when I have a schedule change at work. They have developed a good relationship with my son. If there is a problem, it has been addressed immediately and professionally. I went through several agencies before finding this company and I must say, we are very happy with the services.
Yasmin has been a responsible and dependable caregiver working with our son. She always arrives on time and my son enjoys spending time with her. We also love her care and her positive attitude. We are truly blessed to have her. We are very satisfied.
