DO NOT GO TO DR.Tammy Ho. She has horrible bedside manner, she spoke to me so rudely and even my family, she spoke down to us and treated us horrible. They are so unprofessional. The receptionist is super super rude and short on the phone. They never answer the phone. DO NOT GO TO ORANGE COUNTY UROLOGY.
Dr. Ho was very prompt and very professional. I waited less than 5 minutes for each appointment. For the first appointment, Dr Ho explained the procedure that she would need to do and the possible outcomes. On the day of the procedure Doctor who again explained the procedure and then proceeded. My Dr Ho is fantastic she always explains all conditions and if I have questions on the issues she takes her time to explain them patiently, so that there is no confusion, this in itself is so important 👍🏼
