We met Tammy Moody of Premium Properties of Hilton Head a couple years ago. We had experience with previous realtors, but none were as broadly knowledgeable as Tammy. She not only knew the realestate industry from rentals to purchasing to selling, but generously provided additional info about renovation suppliers, contractors, lawyers and potential renters. She has stayed in touch and is always helpful. We cannot imagine working with anyone else!
