The tellers at this Bank are very very friendly! Kind of makes you feel like you’re going to see another family when you walk in! Jada too is very sweet and it’s always a pleasure to go in this bank. I’m disappointed Ameris didn’t give these great employees Friday off too…the day after Thanksgiving! I mean Really!?!?🙄🤦♀️ Being a bit more generous makes for very, very loyal employees….. I’m disappointed in the upper echelon of Ameris for making this short sighted decision. This was a selfish call.
Came in to deposit an e-check from work, the teller refused, said they couldn't do, they didn't have the ability, I thought that was strange for a bank not to have the capability to deal with e checks and be that inconvenient, so when i questioned that, their assistant manager, Sue Ferrell, was nearby and decided to get involved, and just started telling me off, sarcastically asking me "how are we going to print that????", "we don't have the ability to print!" I spent time with Tameka at the 155 branch today and she was wonderful. She was pleasant, efficient, and helped me out tremendously. She has always gone above and beyond to help me solve my concerns. It is a pleasure to bank with the ladies that work in this branch. They are always so friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.
