There's no reason to use anyone else. She has worked very hard for me through multiple transactions and more offers, contracts, inspections, cancellations and negotiations than I can count. In every situation she was knowledgeable and capable.

Where to even begin with how amazing Tammy is. She was literally a God send. Being first-time homebuyers is nerve racking enough, but if you also factor in an out-of-state move plus new construction, it becomes a whole other level of stress. It was such a pleasure working with Tammy! She found us our dream home in the perfect location. She is very consistent and was always in communication to let us know what was going on. We never had to question the process and she made it so easy for us at closing. We are still working with her on other properties because she is the best! We will definitely recommend her to anyone moving into the area.
Tammy is not only an amazing realtor but an incredible person. She stuck by us for nearly 2 years when we first decided to buy. I swear we saw every possible new construction home there was and once we picked one she made sure we were in the know. After multiple delays and setbacks (comes with new construction I'm told) we finally got to move into our dream home. Thanks Tammy for all your help, guidance and sticking by us!
