Tammy was so wonderful to work with! We'd done real estate transactions previously, but she kept track of escrow details like no one else had before and put in so much time attending to details. We were purchasing from out of town and she helped us understand the different neighborhoods/regions, made numerous trips to the property we ultimately purchased, coordinated inspections, and was an all around joy to work with and to know :)
