Wrong prescription, bad glasses, no response back to several and I mean several messages. Total negligence.
I have been seeing Dr Hoskins for years and there is absolutely no other doctor anywhere that I trust more! Her staff is extremely wonderful and professional and always treat you like family. No matter where you are if you need an Optometrist I encourage you to go see Dr. Hoskins
She has been my doctor for over 15 years and I couldn't be happier. I drive from Lexington just to see her. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She always has the patient's best interest in mind. Would highly recommend!
She is very rude and will not be back.
Dr. Hoskins does not listen to patients, and their eye care needs. She seems to be more concerned with her knowledge and her opinions, rather than patients' needs.
