I brought my 7-year-old here to have her blow dried and flat ironed straight for the very first time. Her hair was very straight and my daughter loved the look. However, after washing her hair only a few days later, her curly hair never returned. Come to find out, they put texturizer in their conditioners to make the hair easier to straighten. They ruined my daughters hair texture! We will NEVER return to this facility again.
I agree with a previous poster.. I called and they quoted me a price. I have been trying to transition from relaxed hair but i was only a few months into my transitioning. She clearly saw that I had relaxed hair but before charging me she asked someone else what they thought of my hair. The other woman didn't touch my hair the entire time I was there she had other clients she was tending to so why did the lady that dealt with my hair ask her wether it was relaxed or natural?? My daughter&I have been going to this salon since the day it opened is doors.The price does not change at the register like 1 review suggested. It's 45 for a natural hairblow out &35 for relaxed. They don't hound you for a tip or steal your credit card so idk where that came from! They do a good job.
Amazing service, I go every week and my hair has grown so much for the past 3 months .
Owner is a bitch and does not know how to run a business! Not worth the time! I'd give 0 stars if I could. She not even hispanic either. I went to get mi hembra a job.. and she acted as if I was not there.
