The best word I have to describe Tammy is incompetent. Long story but Tammy made several errors in the MLS. Tammy refused to correct the errors. Her broker had to fix the listing for her.
I can summ up Tammy in one word incompetent! The smallest task proved to be too much for Tammy. She refused to correct errors in the MLS. The MLS showed cc&rs that we did not have! It is my believe she made the errors intentionally to scare away other realtors so she could double end the property. I found her rude and unprofessional! I can't understate my disappointment in her. She eventually quit. She did not even have the professionalism to tell me. She just emailed the paperwork to sign
